Please read before booking

A little preparation keeps your appointment smooth and your install flawless. Thank you for choosing SIANOVA — I can't wait to service you.

Deposit & payment

  • A £15 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
  • The deposit is deducted from your final total.
  • The remaining balance is due at the appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable on same-day cancellations.

How to book

  • All bookings are made by DM on Instagram.
  • Include your name and your preferred date & time.
  • An inspo picture is recommended so I know the look you're after.
  • Unsure about anything? Ask before booking — happy to guide you.

Service information

  • I'm a mobile hairstylist and travel to clients' homes — please be comfortable with this before booking.
  • I work with already-made wigs only.
  • Wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days in advance.

Prep requirements

  • Natural hair must be cornrowed before your appointment.
  • Cornrowing is not offered as a service.
  • Your wig needs good quality lace suitable for install.
  • Not sure where to buy a wig? DM me for advice.

Rescheduling & cancellations

  • Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.
  • Same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit.

Health notice

  • If you're feeling unwell — cold, flu, fever, sickness or anything contagious — let me know and we'll reschedule.
  • As I travel between clients' homes, this keeps everyone safe.
  • If I become unwell, appointments may need to be moved. Thank you for understanding.
