Please read before booking

A little preparation keeps your appointment smooth and your install flawless. Thank you for choosing SIANOVA — I can't wait to service you.

Deposit & payment

  • A £15 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
  • The deposit is deducted from your final total.
  • The remaining balance is due at the appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable on same-day cancellations.

How to book

  • All bookings are made through the SIANOVA LDN website.
  • Select your preferred service, date and time and complete your booking details.
  • An inspo picture can be sent via Instagram if you'd like to show me the look you're after.
  • Unsure about anything? Ask before booking — happy to guide you.

Service information

  • Studio appointments are available in Whitechapel, East London on selected days each week.
  • The exact studio location will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.
  • Mobile appointments are also available across London.
  • Please attend your appointment alone. No plus ones or additional guests are permitted.
  • I work with already-made wigs only.
  • Wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days in advance.

Prep requirements

  • Natural hair must be cornrowed before your appointment.
  • Cornrowing is not offered as a service.
  • Your wig needs good quality lace suitable for install.
  • Not sure where to buy a wig? DM me for advice.

Rescheduling & cancellations

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
  • Same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit.
  • If you are running late, please message me as soon as possible.
  • A £10 late fee applies to arrivals more than 10 minutes late.
  • Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of your deposit.

Health notice

  • If you’re feeling unwell — cold, flu, fever, sickness or anything contagious — please let me know so we can reschedule your appointment.
  • If I become unwell, your appointment may also need to be rescheduled. Thank you for understanding and helping me keep the studio safe for everyone.

Same-Day & Emergency Appointments

  • Same-day appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed with me before booking.
  • A £10 surcharge applies to same-day appointments.
  • Emergency appointments requiring a last-minute change to my schedule incur a £15 surcharge.
  • Any additional fees will be confirmed before your booking is secured.
  • Please DM @sianovaldn on Instagram to confirm availability and pricing before booking.

CONTENT USE & PHOTOS

  • By booking with SIANOVA LDN, you agree to photos and videos being used for social media and marketing, unless you notify me otherwise.
  • Please inform me before your appointment if you do not want your content shared.
